With a creative legacy that spans 30 years in marketing and a stable of clients around the world, Doug Harris has earned a reputation as one of the world’s premiere consumer promotions and marketing consultants. A former Billboard Magazine Promotion Director of the Year, a 2011 Inductee into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame and the recipient of dozens of industry accolades, Harris has made a practice of out-thinking, rather than out-spending his competitors in marketing battles. A member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association and a frequent speaker at gatherings of marketing professionals, Harris has addressed groups in 26 foreign countries on five continents and was a featured presenter at the NAB Europe for eight consecutive years. As President and Chief Creative Officer of Noisemaker Communications, Harris creates clutter-busting advertising and public relations campaigns for a wide variety of clients worldwide.
Shaping the public image of the clients of Noisemaker Communications is a great responsibility but one for which native Houstonian Sophia Macris is well prepared. An honors graduate of Texas Christian University, Sophia tackles the research and composition of press releases and media advisories and maintains the agency’s relationships with worthy media outlets and their representatives. Working with a client portfolio that includes enterprises ranging from restaurants to radio stations, Sophia ensures that Noisemaker clients get the attention and respect they deserve in her pursuit of market noise and benevolent editorial.
How does a former Breck Girl for Dial Corporation’s Breck hair care products find her way to radio promotions and end up as an experienced event coordinator who happens to be a wife and mother of two? University of Houston graduate Tiffanie Williams has done just that, producing projects with local, regional and national impact. Following employment with The Rusk Corporation (KTRH-AM and KLOL-FM radio) and a stint with the Houston-based homeless services provider SEARCH, Tiffanie joined the staff of Noisemaker Communications to oversee the day-to-day details of her clients’ marketing campaigns as well as the development and execution of special assignments. Additionally, she is a seasoned spokesperson, a model in television and industrial productions, and is involved in a Houston based women’s makeover project.
